Policies & cancellation terms
Clear, guest-friendly terms, so there are no surprises on arrival.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 noon. Early or late arrangements on request.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. Within 48 hours, the first night is charged.
Payment
Pay securely by card or bank transfer, or settle at reception on arrival.
House rules
Non-smoking rooms. Children welcome. Valid ID required at check-in. Pets by arrangement.
